These are the nicest rolled collars I have found. Even on a large size (mine wears a 26") the rolled portion is thin with no exposed seam. The flat spot for the name plate works perfectly and if you size the collar appropriately the name plate stays perfectly centered with no rolling of the collar around the neck.
